Wow!This is what the authorities that swear to protect us have to say.This is preposterous!!!!Almost every girl (thats true) in India is eve-teased at some time in their lives.Whether it's in the Bus, at the station or at any cultural event where there are just so many people.This is a Jungle law.I am not saying that girls are unsafe only In India,I have been in the US for 2 years now,and in truth I feel so much safer here.I don't have to think twice about what am I wearing.
Another hypocrisy with the Indians that 'If you dress like that ,you invite it'.Crapppppppppppppppppppppppp I have been eve -teased in suits as well.I don't know whether its the lack of education,or just the frustration of some men not having women friends (never -due to lack of confidence,or culuture ..i dnt know) and thus are sooooo excited .
One thing for sure is true ,that these men have the audacity to do such things since they are sure that they can get away with it.The police is either with them or is often unable to do anything due to intervention by higher authorities.This thing really frustates me and makes me never want to return back,no matter how much I want.
